Dr. Carlos A. Gutierrez, M.S.F.S., M.Ed. is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Institute of Legal Sciences of Nayarit State, Mexico. He got his Master of Science in Forensic Sciences, Chaminade University of Honolulu, USA and his Master in Educational Management, Universidad Andres Bello, Chile, also he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Security Administration from the Escuela de Carabineros de Chile. Since 2016, he is the Science Director of True Forensic Science, and Since 2017, is a Faculty of Forensic Sciences at Chaminade University of Honolulu, USA. Previously he was a Teacher Assistant in the same program and he is a Mentor and Alumni in the Hogan Entrepreneurs Program. He specializes in all subjects related to Crime Scene Investigation, Crime Scene Reconstruction, Bloodstain Pattern Analysis, Forensic Anthropology and Forensic Microanthropology, a new field in the Forensic Sciences he has developed. His studies and experience as a retired Captain from the Chilean National Police Agency and former Forensic Laboratory Director makes him ideally positioned to provide the student with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to be prepared to work in any forensic agency in the world. He is also a forensic consultant for different countries. He participates regularly in Forensic Conferences as a speaker not only in the U.S. but also in Latin America and Asia and he has been interviewed and guest in different TV, Radio shows and newspapers in different countries in the world such as LA Times, Crime and Forensics, Just Science (USA), Hola Chile, Excelsior News (Mexico), Legal Desire (India), among others.

Prof. (Dr.) Ma. Teresa G. De Guzman holds the position of Professor at the Department of Behavioral Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of the Philippines Manila. She is a professional applied anthropologist from the University of the Philippines with a Ph.D. in Anthropology, specializing in Cultural Anthropology. She has conducted considerable research and collaborated closely with many Ethnolinguistic communities in the Philippines, focusing on the Aeta, Mangyan, and Manobo groups. She has accumulated 25 years of academic experience, further enhanced by 20 years of practical work in the field. Her research and professional endeavors focus on studying Indigenous communities, Indigenous Knowledge (IK), Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment, Health and Social Impact Assessment, Disaster Risk Management, and related areas. The individual in question has held several notable positions, including serving as the chair of the Department of Behavioral Sciences for six years, acting as the convener of the Manila studies program, chairing Panel 5 of the Ethics Committee, and being a member of the screening committee for the PhD by Research program. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of the Interdisciplinary Research and Development (IRD) consultancy organization.

Prof. (Dr.) Ma. Teresa G. De Guzman

A Registered Psychologist, Archie Lawrence P. Geneta, PhD (cand.), RPsy, handles cases related to annulment, sexual and marital abuse, and VAWC (Violence Against Women and their Children). His clinical and assessment experience is wide-ranging, spanning from children to adults, and covers both psychiatric and legal capacities. He is also serving as an expert witness to cases that require court testimony. His teaching career started in the University of the Philippines (UP). Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Behavioral Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Philippines Manila. He is also the current chair of the Mental Health and Well Being Committee of the UP Manila Health and Safety  Committee. About his educational background, he earned his Master of Arts in Psychology from the Department of Psychology. He is currently taking his dissertation for his Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology also in UP Diliman. His membership in professional organizations includes the American Psychological Association (affiliate member), the Psychological Association of the Philippines (associate member), and the Philippine Society for Training and Development (individual member).

Dr. Andrea Martinez obtained her PhD in Psychology at King’s College London and her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and master's degree in special education from the University of the Philippines.

Andrea has engaged in various public health research projects focusing on critical issues such as child abuse and exploitation, violence against women, migrants’ mental health, self-harm behavior, drug use, and health inequalities within vulnerable communities. Her research methodologies primarily involve co-production research methods and participatory action research.

With over 25 years of public service engagement in charity and non-profit organizations both in Manila and London, Andrea has worked for the welfare of children, women, migrants, and other marginalized communities. She has been involved in monitoring and impact evaluation of various charity programs and services for individuals with mental health issues, those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and modern slavery. Additionally, she has served as a resource speaker and trainer in various programs addressing mental health and well-being for schools, communities, and organizations.

Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of Forensic Science, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Institute of Forensic Science and Criminology. With over 15 years of teaching experience and a decade of focused research, he has established himself as a key contributor to forensic education and practice in India. Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav earned his Ph.D. in Forensic Science from Bundelkhand University in 2021. His academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree from V.B.S. Purvanchal University, followed by a Master’s degree in Forensic Science, also from Bundelkhand University. He further qualified for the UGC-NET in 2007, demonstrating his proficiency and commitment to academic excellence.

                      Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav joined Bundelkhand University on November 28, 2011, where he has been instrumental in developing forensic science education. He served as the Coordinator/Head of the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Institute of Forensic Science & Criminology from February 2018 to March 2021. In this role, he managed academic programs and spearheaded various initiatives to enhance the quality of education and research. With 30 published research papers and the supervision of 2 research students, Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav’s work primarily focuses on:

Dr. Ankit Srivastava conferred the Ph.D. degree in Forensic Science. Currently he served as Associate Professor and Head, School of Forensic Sciences, The W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He also served as Director, Centre for Studies & Research in Forensic Sciences, WBNUJS, Kolkata, India. Previously he has rendered services to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Institute of Forensic Science & Criminology, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, UP, India as an Assistant Professor as well as Head/Coordinator. He has also been attached to different administrative positions like Assistant Proctor and Assistant Dean Student Welfare in Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He has more than 17 years teaching and research experience in the field of forensic sciences.

During his 17 years of journey, he has authored several research papers published in different journals of national and international depute. He has been visited and invited by various countries namely, U.S., U.K., Netherland, Singapore, Thailand, China, New Zealand and Czech Republic for lectures and presentations. More than 70 students have qualified UGC- NET/JRF exam under his guidance. In addition to this, he is also Editorial Board Member in different journals of national and international fame. He is also providing his services as reviewer in various journals. He has organized more than 08 National/International level conferences and seminars.
