Meet Our Director

Rajat Narayan Gautam is a dedicated forensic science professional based in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, with a strong commitment to advancing crime scene investigations and supporting law enforcement efforts. He holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science, awarded in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science (Hons) from Bundelkhand University, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of forensic methodologies and applications.

Currently serving as the Director of Forensic Expertise Icon, Rajat leads forensic investigations for various criminal cases. In this role, he manages a team of experts, ensuring compliance with legal protocols in evidence handling and providing detailed scientific reports to clients. His expertise spans crime scene investigation, forensic photography, and digital forensics, making him a vital resource in the forensic community.

Rajat possesses over five years of professional photography experience, specializing in forensic documentation of crime scenes and evidentiary materials. His background in photography enhances his ability to capture high-quality images that are crucial for legal proceedings.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rajat has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. He served as the Central President of the Bundelkhand Matra Bhumi Yuva Samaj Sevi Sansthan for five years, focusing on youth engagement and societal development. His leadership in community outreach programs has fostered collaboration with law enforcement agencies to promote social welfare.

Rajat's academic pursuits included a dissertation titled "An Assessment of User Activity from Digital Virtual Assistants," where he explored the forensic implications of digital assistant data in criminal investigations. His specialization in both Physical and Digital Forensic Science positions him as a forward-thinking expert in his field.

Recognized for his contributions to society, Rajat has received an honor from the Governor of Uttar Pradesh for his exemplary service in the Scouts and Guides movement. He has also actively participated in various national-level competitions in debate, science, sports, and arts, showcasing his diverse talents and interests.
